Extra heavy-duty 80 x 80mm powder-coated boxed steel is unbelievably sturdy and built for intense action. Two adjustable height options: 7'-4" for home use and 8’-6” for gym and industrial use. Crafted to support heavy bags to 300 lbs. 12" x 12" base is pre-drilled for attaching directly to concrete floor, which virtually eliminates any noise, vibration or movement. Nothing attaches to walls. Vertical design occupies little floor space, yet allows full 360-degree access around bag. Assembly required.Heavy bag not included.
