Delivery Information

All prices for delivery will be based on the size and weight of products.

UK STANDARD DELIVERY

Our aim will be to dispatch all UK mainland orders within 2-4 working days (Monday-Friday not including Bank Holidays) from when you have placed the order. Certain items may state longer delivery within product description.

UK MAINLAND NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY (MONDAY-FRIDAY ONLY)

All UK mainland orders will be dispatched on the day of order on a next day delivery, unless stated within the product description.

Please note that orders must be placed before 3pm (Monday-Friday only) to apply for the next day delivery service. Orders that are placed Saturday, Sunday, Bank Holiday or after 3pm will not be dispatched until the next working day. If any products should go out of stock in this time we will look to inform you on the day of your order or the next working date.

Should you require Saturday delivery this will incur additional fee’s and is only available over the phone, you can call us 01485 572688 to do so.

Next day delivery does not apply for countries outside UK or for non-UK mainland addresses. Any failed next day deliveries from our couriers will not be refunded, this is not a guaranteed service however 99.9% of orders are successful and get delivered on time. 

FREE UK DELIVERY ON ORDERS OVER £70

This applies to only UK mainland addresses for orders which are over £70. Total weight must be 12kg or less. We aim to have all free delivery orders dispatched and with the customer within 2-4 working days.

POSTCODES OUTSIDE UK MAINLAND

All the postcodes below may incur additional charges or slight delays on orders.

EUROPEAN STANDARD DELIVERY

Orders are shipped within 1-3 working days from the day of order (Monday-Friday not including Bank Holidays).

Please note that some countries may charge an import tax or custom duties on parcels arriving into their respective customs department. We are not liable for these charges. Each country sets their own rules and rates internally. We aim to have all orders dispatched and with the customer within 3-7 working days.

REST OF THE WORLD STANDARD DELIVERY

Orders are shipped within 1-3 working days from the day of order (Monday-Friday not including Bank Holidays).

Each country sets their own rules and rates internally. We aim to have all orders dispatched and with the customer within 5-14 working days.

INTERNATIONAL CANCELLATION POLICY

If your order has been shipped and you choose not to pay import or duty fees, please understand that we are not liable for these charges. Each country establishes its own rules and rates independently. If you decide to cancel your order, please note that you will be responsible for both delivery and customs return charges.
