General Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions between us and yourself. They do not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please read them carefully.

Relevant United Kingdom law will apply to the Agreement and the relevant courts of the United Kingdom will have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to the Agreement.
We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions.
To order goods over the telephone or on our website, you must be at least 18 years of age and accept delivery within the UK. All telephone orders will be acknowledged verbally at the time of order, and all orders placed on our website will be acknowledged electronically by e-mail. Please note that verbal and/or electronic acknowledgements do not constitute order confirmation or order acceptance. Your order will be accepted and the creation of a legally binding contract between you and us will take place once the goods have been dispatched or collected. (Alternatively, we may decline all or part of your order for any reason, in which case we will inform you in-person or by telephone or e-mail).
When deciding whether or not to accept your order we may use certain information about you, including any received from credit reference agency checks. This helps to protect you and us against fraudulent transactions.
We will tell you if your payment details cannot be authorized for any reason and may invite you to pay by another method.
The total price payable will be stipulated at the time when you place your order whether or not the order has been acknowledged. All prices are inclusive of VAT and the delivery charges will be calculated before you proceed to the checkout. We may make adjustments if there is any revision to taxes or duties and we will inform you of this before you proceed with the purchase.
From time to time the prices displayed on our website may be different if you are directed to it from a third party website. The prices displayed on our website www.geezersboxing.co.uk will be the current price.
If a product becomes unavailable after you have placed an order, we will contact you as soon as possible to either offer an alternative product or give you the opportunity to cancel it without penalty.
We will endeavour to ensure that all pricing information on the website is accurate, however occasionally a mistake may occur and goods may be mispriced. If this should occur, we will contact you as soon as reasonably practicable and either give you the option of cancelling the order or to continue the order at the correct price.
Prices that are reduced for sales and promotions are only valid for the specified period indicated.
We do offer a printed catalogue. Please note that the prices are for a specific period only and the most up to date price (including special offers) will be displayed on our website or instore.
Your order is sent directly to our secure back office system for processing. Once we have received your order and payment, our staff will pick, pack and dispatch the item. Our aim is to dispatch all UK mainland orders between 3-5 working days (Mon-Fri, not inc. Bank Holidays) from your order confirmation. International orders are normally 5-10 working days (Mon-Fri, not inc. Bank Holidays). We will endeavour to contact you within 48hrs from the next business working day from the placement of your order, if there are any issues relating to it. On completion of your order you will receive an email notification which will include tracking details for your parcel, please note that your parcel will require a signature on receipt. However, If after 7-10 working days (Mon-Fri) from order confirmation you have not received your order and one of our sales team has not been in contact with you, please call us on 0844 8000 655 quoting your order number or surname and address and we will update you on your order status.
Please note that any orders placed after 16.00hrs will automatically start processing from the following day of business.
You can track the progress of your order at any time by logging into My Account from the Home page on our web site. If your order has been dispatched you will then be able to track your parcel via the couriers web site that we have chosen to send your order with and use the consignment number that we will have provided you upon dispatch with in the body text.
We use the industry leading internet payment company PayPal to protect your card details and protect from fraud. PayPal keep your information safe. We will never actually see your bank or credit card details; they are passed in a highly secure way directly to PayPal for processing. Delivery is charged as priced on each order. Our aim is to dispatch all UK mainland orders between 3-5 working days (Mon-Fri, not inc. Bank Holidays) from your order confirmation. International orders are normally 5-10 working days (Mon-Fri, not inc. Bank Holidays). If you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched, you will be charged for the collection cost.
If you are unavailable when our delivery partner tries to deliver your order, they will usually try to deliver again the next working day or they will drop a card in to offer you a collection from a local collection point. If you should refuse delivery of goods, or are not available to accept the delivery on both delivery attempts, you will be required to cover any extra costs incurred. Saturday deliveries may be available upon request but this will incur an extra charge as per the courier’s rate at the time.
If the courier feels it is safe to do so they can deliver to a neighbor. If another delivery address is provided after an order is received, we will make further checks to verify this address and once verified we will dispatch your order accordingly. An extra delivery may be required if our quoted delivery post coded areas are breached. We will contact you to discuss in more detail if this is the case.

All information provided on the products on this website is intended as a guide to help find the correct products. If you are ordering goods that are showing out of stock we will dispatch them when they are received from our supplier.
Any unwanted items must be sent back at the customer's expense in original packaging and condition. If you wish us to give you a quote for this please send us an e-mail, otherwise return the goods to:

If a product develops a problem, or is defective or is not as the description given, please complete the Return/Exchange Form that accompanied your order describing the reason for your return and the action you would like taken. If you have mislaid your Return/exchange form, please contact us. Send your package insured 2nd Class royal mail postage paid. There will be no refunds for return shipping charges unless the product or we are at fault.
If you request that we replace or exchange an item you will be responsible for paying the re-shipping charges (unless the product is faulty or not as described or we are at fault).
While we make every effort to process all requests in a prompt fashion, please allow 1-2 business days on all returns, exchanges, refunds or credits.
If you cancel the agreement then we will refund you the cost of the goods and delivery (except the costs if you chose an alternative delivery from the standard delivery offered by us e.g. Saturday delivery). To return the goods, you must do this at your own expense.
We suggest for your own protection you use Royal Mail 2ND Class Recorded post.
Any refunds will be issued once we have received the goods or evidence that you have returned the goods. If the value of the goods has diminished by any amount as a result of handling the goods beyond what is necessary, then this amount may be deducted from the refund. Refunds will be made within 14 days of the order cancellation.
We will not charge a restocking fee for returned items. Any goods with manufacturing faults or mis-described goods will be replaced or refunded.
Geezers Boxing is committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use information given at the time of ordering or when making an enquiry by whatever means is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
We do not pass your personal information on to third parties.
