4Sport Instant Ice Packs - The single use only Instant Cold Pack is simple and easy to use to provide pain relief and reduce inflammation. Can remain cold for up to 2 hours depending upon the ambient temperature. Cold Therapy (Cryo Therapy) is now accepted as the best first aid treatment for most soft tissue injuries.

Instructions:

- The small water bag inside is pressed until it bursts, shake to mix the ingredients and the reaction causes the temperature of the pack to rapidly decrease.

- Always wrap in cloth before applying to bare skin to prevent cold burn. Elasticated pouches are available separately to add compression or put it inside a sock and tie around the affected area if you are on the side of a pitch with nothing else to hand.
