I have two geezers leather punchbags. They both have the same qualities. Hard at first. Feed them regularly with leather food and they soften up to give a really good feel. Very well built with minimal sagging.

I have only just received this bag and used it for the first time.
Aside from that it is big and solid and well made but the outer foam will need some work to soften up along with the leather skin. I'm happy.
