Fully adjustable tubular steel rod extends out to a full 60” in length, and instantly condenses down to about 36”, without effort. The length of the stick can be set to stay constant or adjusted on the fly to be thrusted out and back by a trainer – simulating real punches – at once. An extended foam base grip, mid-length foam rubber lead hand grip, and a 6” length round end foam that is specifically crafted for securely attaching a boxing glove. The middle lead hand grip allows the trainer to thrust the Gladiator Stick back and forth to simulate a real opponent’s punches. Includes an end attachment hole for hanging the stick between sessions. The training possibilities are endless with the Gladiator Stick. Boxing glove not included.
